Maintenance of TPE dolls mainly includes cleaning, drying, storage and regular maintenance.

  1. Cleaning: Use warm water and mild detergent to clean the surface of the doll, avoid using cleaners containing alcohol or chemical solvents to avoid damaging the material.
  2. Drying: After cleaning, make sure the doll is completely dry to prevent mould from forming. You can use a soft cloth or soft towel to absorb residual moisture and air dry naturally or with a fan, avoiding the use of hair dryers. For the doll’s lower body, a diatom stick can be used to quickly absorb moisture and keep it dry.
  3. Storage: Store the doll in a cool, dry and dark place, avoiding direct sunlight. For short-term storage, place on foam and avoid long-term resting on hard surfaces to prevent warping.
  4. REGULAR MAINTENANCE: Oil and powder your doll regularly to extend its life. Wash and dry the doll first, then apply the oil evenly all over the body and massage lightly. After the oil is fully absorbed, puff it with talcum powder. It is recommended that the doll be powdered once a month, oiled every three months and given a major maintenance every six months.
  5. Choosing the right maintenance tools is also important. For example, using a diatom stick can help to absorb moisture quickly, and talcum powder helps to keep the doll dry and smooth. In addition, it is safer to choose asbestos-free talc as a talcum powder.

By following these maintenance tips, you can effectively extend the life of your TPE doll and maintain its beauty and functionality.
